Salesforce on 3 June 2026 announced the availability of its products for South African customers in AWS Marketplace. This expansion enables local businesses to more easily access key tools to accelerate their digital and agentic transformations.

This expansion is headlined by the availability of Agentforce, Salesforce’s enterprise agentic AI solution, and Data 360, the engine that unifies data and insights, giving AI the context it requires.

Core applications like Agentforce Sales, Agentforce Service, Salesforce Platform, Slack, Tableau, and others are also included, providing a complete foundation for customers.

By transacting Salesforce in AWS Marketplace, businesses in the region can simplify procurement and IT management processes while benefiting from features such as consolidated billing, customized pricing, and a centralized view of their technology investments.

These customers can also apply their existing AWS spend commitments toward Salesforce contracts, maximizing the value of their cloud investments.

Its decade-long collaboration with AWS underscores Salesforce’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions that make enterprise AI more accessible, secure, and scalable. Since joining in late 2023, Salesforce has become the fastest-growing seller in AWS Marketplace, surpassing $5 billion in lifetime sales.

Now available in 30 countries, including recent expansions into Latin American markets such as Chile, Mexico, and Colombia‌ – ‌enterprises worldwide can confidently deploy agentic AI solutions that come with built-in security, compliance, and scalability.

“By expanding our collaboration with AWS, we are now able to offer our customers in South Africa a simpler and more seamless purchasing and billing experience. This move will not only help meet the high demand for our products but also enable our mutual customers to accelerate deployment and achieve faster time-to-value for critical IT projects,” said Linda Saunders, Salesforce South Africa leader. “This is a significant step in empowering Agentic AI, where AI agents are deeply integrated with organizational data and business workflows.”

Agentforce and AgentExchange, both available through AWS Marketplace, empower customers to transform into Agentic Enterprises: improving operations, automating workflows, and delivering personalized, AI-powered experiences at scale. Customers can now purchase these and other Salesforce products directly through AWS Marketplace.
