Cold front and snow warning
The Eastern Cape’s mountainous regions are expecting snowfall on the north-eastern high ground, while the Wild Coast and adjacent interior will face widespread showers and thundershowers.

Gauteng
Cloudy and cool to cold, with minimums as low as 7°C in Vereeniging and highs around 19°C in Pretoria.
KwaZulu-Natal
Cloudy with scattered showers and rain. Temperatures range from 9°C in Pietermaritzburg to 21°C in Durban.
Expect very cold conditions in the extreme south-west.
Eastern Cape
- Western half: Cloudy and cold, clearing slightly by evening.
- Eastern half: Snow in the north-eastern mountains, with thunderstorms and rain along the Wild Coast.
Northern Cape and Free State
Both regions will see partly cloudy skies with isolated showers and thundershowers, especially in southern and eastern areas.
Bloemfontein tops at 18°C.
Western Cape
Mostly fine with morning fog patches inland, while Cape Town will be sunny with a maximum of 19°C.
